The KeyBank State Theatre has two levels of seating: the main floor and the mezzanine. The main floor is divided into three sections: orchestra, parterre, and balcony. The mezzanine is divided into two sections: left and right.
- Orchestra: The orchestra section is the closest to the stage and is made up of the first 15 rows of seats.
- Parterre: The parterre section is located behind the orchestra section and is made up of rows 16-21.
- Balcony: The balcony section is located above the parterre section and is made up of rows 22-29.
